The Firm
Our senior director, Hennie Welgemoed, joined Botha Massyn and McKenzie Attorneys, which was established in 1952 in Kempton Park.
The firm built a rich history and established a stellar reputation of some 70 years in Kempton Park, until 2023, when the firm closed its Kempton Park Office. The firm has since been based in Pretoria.
Hennie has a commercial practice, specializing in Municipal and Administrative Law. Hennie has more than 35 years’ experience in Local Government matters.
Paula De Lorenzo has been a practising Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer for more than 30 years and specialises in Property Law. Paula holds a post graduate diploma in Corporate Law from UNISA and served as an examiner on the Conveyancing Examination panel for 20 years.
